Mark your calendars for this NPT event, because it’s going to be a lot of fun. Not only are we going to bike the trail, but we are going to bike right smack into the Phelps Scarecrow Fall Festival. According to the Phelps Chamber of Commerce, there will be the crowd-favorite “Pumpkin Chuckin, car show, huge craft fair, lots of great food and drinks with free chilli, live entertainment and more.
